We decided that we should take the day off and see some of the county in which we live. so, we headed off down Route 19 to Walkersville. There is an old, wooden, covered bridge. (We are still trying to learn more about its history.) After the Walkersville covered bridge we circled south to the Burnsville area and had a lovely picnic at the Falls Mill area. (Very nice. We were the only people there!) From there we headed back to Glenville, in Gilmer County, and then back to Vadis. We made a detour to check out a place that I looked at back in March when we were searching for a new home. Hope you enjoy the snapshots. (There are no large versions of these pictures.)
